Target: magazines? should I circulate?

This is my first year at a K-8 school.  Right now I am trying to decide
which magazines to subscribe to if any and if I do if I should circulate
them or not.  The library has not been weeded or had many new books bought
in years so I would like to spend as much as possible on new books.  I have
noticed that nobody seems to have missed the magazines (I just let the
subscriptions run out.)  First question is should I subscribe to any? The
students do have access to InfoTrac. Second question is if I do should I
circulate them?  I have noticed from former posts that most schools that
circulate are high schools.
