Help: Requirements for a new school library setup

Hello everybody,

My library building is coming up and I have to give a list of
requirements for the library latest by Tuesday. It is a school
library in L shape with the dimensions of 30ft.X 57ft. for both
the rectangles.  This is a library for primary section students of
Grade 3 to 10.

There is one more library of dimensions 28ft. X 22ft. in rectangle
shape for the pre primary kids of Grade 2 and below that.

I would like to have your suggestions regarding the requirements list
as early as possible.
