Several people wrote me asking me to post the responses to my question
about a notetaking video for elementary students to the list. I
received one response to this question. These are research skills video
series. I can't tell from looking at the descriptions if they
specifically deal with notetaking, but it's a place to start. I would
love to get more responses if anyone has another idea.

There's a great series that ALA did in collaboration with someone else
called "Know it All". It has episodes that cover all aspects of the
research
process.

You should try calling your local PBS station school services
department and
see if they carry it. Otherwise you can check with the distributor.
