Can anyone tell me if it is OK to print a short poem by a famous author (now deceased) in a school newspaper? I have looked at various copyright sites for clarification but don't see anything that says, yes, this is OK to do. The name of the book and author would be included in the article, of course. It is for an elementary school newspaper and we don't want to do anything that isn't allowed. Is this permissible and where can I find a site that says so. Thanks for any help you can give.
