Elem: Target: Guinness hardcover

Has anyone seen the 2004 Guinness World Records in the big hardcover
edition?  Is it appropriate for elementary?  Many of you will recall the
extreme popularity of that edition a few years ago due to the scanty
apparel in a few of the illustrations.  I'm hoping that they've cleaned it
up enough to allow use in the elementary without all the boys drooling and
giggling.
