You could then go one step trickier and link cell to word doc that is lesson plan or other info. Robert Eiffert, Librarian Pacific Middle School Evergreen SD 114 Vancouver WA beiffert@egreen.wednet.edu pac.egreen.wednet.edu/library robert@crypticmachinery.net -----Original Message----- From: School Library Media & Network Communications [mailto:LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU] On Behalf Of Mary Alice Anderson Sent: Monday, January 05, 2004 4:44 PM To: LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU Subject: Re: ELEM: especially fixed schedule:how do you keep track of lessons taught I would set up a spreadsheet and then just check it off in the right box as the lesson occurs. I have a simple one set up for 5th grade which is all flex. schedule. The core curriculum which teachers and I developed is across the top, teachers names are down the side. You can add a note to each cell with more inforamtion if you need to. It's very manageable and shareable.
