GEN: library PR help

Folks,  I was just asked to come up (today) with a powerful, research =
based quote about the effects of school libraries on student achievment. =
 Of course, I can't find my AASL notes and am familiar with the =
research............BUT can't come up with something brief and to the =
point, not collaboration based but more to financial support of the =
library program.  This is for HS newslaetter as budget cuts =
loom...........can you help?  Thanks, again, in advance............E
