OT: Learn Japanese online?

Hello,
I am attempting to help a foreign language teacher. She wants to find
where her students can learn Japanese on-line. Not just a site with
words or short sound files but rather somewhere that offers lessons via
ITV (instructional TV) in real time, being able to talk to the teacher,
etc.... Real time language learning. Do you have any suggestions as to
where she can find such an animal?
