elibrary?

Looking for contact information (prefer phone number) for eLibrary.  So far
I've searched the net and have found that I have to sign up for a free
trial and submit a credit card number and info for billing.  I don't want
that - I'm only trying to find someone at the company's customer service
who can answer some questions.  Thanks.
