I am trying to learn more about flexible scheduling and would like to know how other librarians like it. I am interested in elementary and especially kindergarten and first grade. Also, if classroom teachers have been accustomed to using library time as planning time, how is that handled? How was the transition done from fixed to flexible? Is there anyone who does not like flexible scheduling in the elementary school? Thank you for your insights.
