Good Summer Eve to you all -
I have been given the ok to order a large sum of books suited for grades
1-3 BY MONDAY. I have a fairly extensive database of good titles that
would make up a rich order, but am about 6 mos behind reading the review
journals - hectic 2nd half of the school year. So wanting to tap your
collective wisdom - are there any "must have" titles that have been
published in the last 6 mos. I can order picture books, beginning
chapter, nonfiction, etc.
Would like any that may be in contention for the Caldecott or Coretta
Scott King awards.
