High School: Physical Science 15 minute lesson

A good friend of mine has an interview next Wednesday at a high school
in Gloucester County, New Jersey.  She must teach an interactive
physical science lesson in 15 minutes.  She wants to WOW them.  Does
anyone have any ideas?  She would be most appreciative.
