How do you handle the management of AUP's? I know stickers can go on library cards to indicate those who have signed AUP's. My questions deal with storing the signed papers, etc. Are signed AUP's kept in the office? The media center? Somewhere else? Who handles keeping track of everything to do with AUP's? You? A media assistant? An office clerk? What happens when a student transfers from one building to another within the district? Does the paper go to the new building? Does someone just communicate to the new building that there's a signed AUP? We're a large district with students moving between buildings often. Some of our buildings have office staff take care of AUP's, other buildings have the media center take care of these things. We're looking for ideas that work & a way to streamline the process. Thanks for any advice you can give at this busy time of year!
