ELEM: One book, One School and School theme

Hello everyone!  My K-5 elem. school is thinking about doing a schoolwide theme
next year and tieing in a one book one school program possibly.  Can anyone
share with me ideas, or things you have done?  School wide themes or the books
you have used?  We are not sure yet what we want to do.  We wanted to do
something different and new for the next school year.  Any ideas would be
appreciated!  Thanks!
