Online Lists of Charities in Asia (by country)

I'm looking for online lists of charities in S.E.Asia .. in particular
Brunei Burma/Myanmar Cambodia China Hong Kong (HKSAR) India Indonesia
Japan Laos Macau Malaysia Philippines Singapore South Korea Taiwan
Thailand Vietnam

Regular searches bring up individual Charities .. but that's proving too
time consuming ... I'm hoping someone has already collated lists.

Any suggestions of URLs .. for country lists ... would be most welcome.
