LM_NET Archive



I am looking for a book that I saw in the late 1990's.  It compared 4
towns (cities) through the ages.  For example showing New York as being
inhabited by native Americans while London was a large metropolis.
Showing how both were insignificant in 100 AD while Rome was huge.  The
illustrations were in color with tiny details.  There were four equal
squares of land on a open page spread.
