ELEM: Spiderwick series

Thank you to the few of you who provided me with the Suess book list on
Web sites. I've had someone ask for that list but I deleted the site and
know that we can't add attachments. So if that person(s) could put the
site on the list, I am sure it would be really helpful to others as
well.

Now on to the Spiderwick Chronicle series.  I have three in our grade
2-4 library, new this year, and my assistant has read them and has
questioned the violence in them. I haven't had the chance, nor will I,
to read them so I'd like to ask your opinion on them.
