Greetings, Anyone know of a source for the 1976 TV movie version of Farewell to Manzanar? I haven't been able to find it anywhere, but apparently at some point in 2002, <<"10,000 Farewell to Manzanar educational kits were distributed to public schools and libraries throughout California. Each kit included the groundbreaking1976 television film, Farewell to Manzanar, and will serve to educate Californians about the experiences of Japanese Americans who were interned during World War II.>> TIA, Dave Dave Wee, Librarian Harvard-Westlake Middle School 700 North Faring Road Los Angeles, CA 90077 (310) 288-3270 dwee@hw.com "You see, I don't believe that libraries should be drab places where people sit in silence, and that's been the main reason for our policy of employing wild animals as librarians." ~ Monty Python ~ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
