Target: poem/plagarize "The End"

Hi,
Does anyone recognize this poem? We think the student plagiarized it. I am
jut copying the first part of the poem.

The End
As I look in the reflection that lays upon this blade
 I question myself is this the only way?
The answer to my question is yes.
But what about the people whom I will miss?
My friends and family would be devasted,

So now I take a closer look,
To come and find that this won't work.
Then I remember my life is a nightmare,
As I crest this knife of which I stare.

My mother will never see me no more,
As I step through this unknown door.
She'd cry for me every night,
Wondering why we had to fight?
Remembrance is important in times like this,
To stop me from slicing my wrists.
