Could the person from Hagerstown, Maryland who wrote yesterday about
the National Board Certification problem that she heard about (perhaps
a new twist on certification from the state of Maryland), contact me? I
would like to know more.
P.S. Taking pictures with the action figure sounds interesting...shade
