Gen: MARC Magician

I want to clean up my MARC records.  Some of my inherited records only have
the title and last name of the author.  Someone on the Athena list suggested
MARC magician.  Has anyone used this program?  Did you like it?  How
hard/easy was it to use?  Does anyone use a different program to clean up
their MARC records?
