Central/Southern NJ

Hi,
     I am trying to help a colleague find out about schools and housing  in
Central and Southern NJ. She will be working in Toms River, and her husband
probably in Philly. There are aging  parents, in Seaville, and NY who they
will be helping out.
     Right now they are looking in Linwood, Smithville, Galloway, Folsom,
and Hammonton, but they are open to  other towns. Any advice you could give
me for her would be greatly appreciated.
