Have you taken a look at two FREE bibliographic databases from EBSCO?

"Library Reference Center - This database is comprised of indexing and
abstracts from more than 90 important library trade magazines and
journals, including School Library Journal, American Libraries and THE
Journal."

and

Teacher Reference Center

You might find what you need in these databases. Then, you can use either a
local library or document delivery service to access the full-text.


Access both by going to:
http://www.epnet.com/freeres.asp
And clicking on the Library Reference Center link.

These are good examples of Invisible Web databases. The material contained
in them (indexing/abstracts) is not accessible on the open web.
