ELEM: Collage illustrations in picture books

I am looking for a list of picture books with collages for
illustrations.  Do you know of an existing list?  Or can you just
send me titles?  I'm out of school with bronchitis so I can't just go
to the shelves and start pulling books.  If anyone would like it,
I'll be glad to post a hit.
