HIT: Funding for supplies; no info, what I did

Dear LMNetters,

I didn't receive any information about data for supply funding.  So, I thought I 
would send an email back to the listserv letting everyone know what I did create.

First, a Word document giving the state recommendations (including the fact 5% of 
the collection needs to be weeded and replaced), what I currently receive for a 
budget, what books cost, and what I need funding wise to meet state 
recommendations.  Next, I used Excel to create three pie charts.  The pie charts 
show the current funding, my expenditures, and the recommended budget.  These 
charts were placed on a PowerPoint slide and printed out.  Finally, a few pages 
from Titlewise (Follett) that show the age of my collection.
