Let us say that you have set up a mail merge document in word that is connected to a form letter with all the teachers names included. Now you want to use that same database with another Word mail merge document, but you only want to send letters to some of the people in the database. You might choose them randomly, records would not be in sequential order necessarily. How could you do this? I have tried Print >a document>and then saying 1,4-5,7,11; but then it still prints our all the records. So what do I do. Polly Roberts, Med. Specialist Winchester Community High School Lib.
