TARGET : SEC : Printer/photocopying and Internet filtering

I have been asked by our IT department and administrators to get as many
responses as possible to the following questions. Please respond off-list. I will
post a hit with concatenated data.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Does your library charge for photocopying ( how much)?
Printing from computers (how much) or limit amount? (pages per semester or
year).
Do you use any kind of a filter on Internet access?
Do students have access to email, chat, cgi-bin forms or other interactive
functions of the Internet?
Do faculty have unrestricted access to the Internet?  Can students send
