TARGET: Taking Sides as a Set

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good vendor of the Taking Sides books as
a set?  I would like to update the set we have in our reference section but
would like to be able to purchase all of the books with an index.  The best
source I have found includes a set of 20 with an index, but does not include
the 22 other titles that are available from the publisher. Any ideas?
