Re: Repetitive Posting of Tiny URL

I wrote directly to Chris with some possibilities that she is going to
pass on to the recipient. I've had this happen to me more than once, and
it's usually a problem on the local email server. A good test to see if
the problem is at the listserver or the local email server is to check
the archives. If there is one message, then the problem probably isn't
with the list.
