I agree with you. I used to subscribe to 70 magazines - everything from
Young Miss, Seventeen, to Rolling Stone. I now get 15 titles only and they
are rarely used - Time, National Geographic, Ebony, etc. My students don't
seem to want magazines. I rely on ProQuest for research and, therefore,
don't even keep back issues past the year anymore.
