Dear LM_NET Colleagues, With the vacation season coming up, please remember that your LM_NET mail keeps arriving even though you may not be able to check it. Here is how to avoid overloaded mailboxes with NOMAIL (skipping LM_NET message delivery for a period of time). * * * * Temporarily Stopping (and Re-Starting Mail From LM_NET * * * * If you want to stop receiving mail from LM_NET for a period of time, all you have to do is send a specific message to the listserv computer which handles LM_NET mail. Send the message to this address: listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the body of the message, on the first line, type the following: set lm_net nomail To restart your LM_NET mail, send to the same address, the following: set lm_net mail Please note: One more thing. The listserver will ask for a confirmation, so please be ready to respond with a simple "OK" reply.
