Hit: Tomorrow When The War Began

Hi Wise Ones,
    I have a teacher who fell in LOVE with John Marsden's "Tomorrow - When
the War Began" series.  According to his website his newest book "While I
Live - The Ellie Chronicles" says "Coming this November".  I do not know if
this date is for Australia only or in the US, too.  I do know I have not
been able to find it anywhere in the US.  Can someone help me?  I am willing
to buy it personally if someone is willing to ship it from wherever they
are.  Please email me personally.
