A question for you techies out there - What do you do when you are in the middle of downloading a program from the net or installing from a cd rom, and the computer freezes, or the power goes off - or whatever. The outcome of any of these is, that at that point, you have only some of the files downloaded. When you try again, should you try to delete all of the previously downloaded files and basically start again, or can you just go to download and proceed as if the failed download had not taken place? Hope someone can answer this question.
