GEN: library automation systems survey

I was asked by an Asst. Professor at Northern Illinois
University to post the following message on LM_NET. If you
have any questions regarding Barbara's survey, please
contact her directly.

I am conducting research on library automation systems. As
part of
this
survey I am conducting a survey about how library media
professionals
are using automation systems and what they like as
enhancements in
school library automation systems and their feelings about
a number of
automation issues.

This research will be published as an article in Multimedia
and
Internet Schools. Information about all participants will
be kept
confidential. Those participants willing to be contacted
for follow up
questions will have the option of proving an email address.
The
identity
of those choosing to participate in follow up contact will
be kept
confidential unless specific permission is given to be
quoted and
identified.
