I did a simple google search with the phrase "20 books per student" and found many California schools aiming for the California benchmark and some sites mentioning AASL's recommendation. Still parts of the quotes aren't appearing. Shouldn't age of collection vary upon section of the collection? I HATE it when my email inserts =20 with every return. Using AOL at home does this to me. If someone can clean up my previous email and send it again, I would deeply appreciate it. I can't fix it until morning. Sorry.
