I am looking for online resources that discuss or describe changes that have
been made (or should/ could be made) to organisational structures based on
research about pedagogy, human development and so forth.

For instance, some time ago there was discussion in education circles about
changing the school day to cater for the fact that teenagers function better
in the afternoon but I can't remember anything more than that. There have
also been discussions about the benefits of single-sex schools or specific
classes.

If you could point me in the direction of some authoritative sources I would
be grateful. No matter what search terms I use, I end up with thousands of
sites that do not relate to my quest!
Thanks
Barbara
