I like the decorating idea...in a band room or used by the drama
department somehow for sets. I'm treading on thin ice here...regarding
selling items on eBay. I understand how these were paid for with tax
dollars, but if the proceeds from a sale on eBay are put back into the
library budget, wouldn't that be OK? Or a person could go to the local
bookstore, or local office supply store...that kind of thing. The money
would be recycled back into the library that way. Would this be OK?

If you are not able to sell the records, or they aren't worth
much... why not consider their decorative value... have you a conference
room that's boring... or a teachers' room...??? Or give them to the
art room for an art project... or if there are musicals... to the music
department to decorate the chorus room or band room walls !!!
