Susan- I don't know if this helps, but besides the Opposing Viewpoints
series I just purchased a series called Supreme Court Cases: through
primary sources volumes such as Miranda vs Arizona, Plessy vs Ferguson,
give students the different points of view. The set was published by
Rosen. The copyright is 2004. I also have many of the opposing
viewpoints series by Greenhaven Press and my middle school students use
them all the time. Hope this helps. It's beautiful here in Oregon

My mind has gone blank - must be the gorgeous May day we are having
here in Conntecticut.
My question: I am looking for series like Opposing Viewpoints, but
ones for middle school level. I know there are other series of this
type, as well, but can't dredge up the series names. Also, I think
Opposing Viewpoints DID have junior editions, but can't seem to find
them on the Greenhave/Gale/Thomson site.
