This is probably not the answer for which you are looking -- but I
leave...change districts, etc. I don't ever want to got to work without a
smile - I've done it - and have learned it is better to leave than turn
myself into a grouch. It also will affect your physcial health. I realize,
of course, that not everyone can just pick up and leave. Don't forget
prayer, positive affirmations, or whatever you use to calm yourself. I also
do self-hypnosis.
