Hi everyone, Is anyone else experiencing problems with Spectrum's tech support? The wait time has been ridiculously too long - 40 average wait time. And their tech people don't seem to know how to get to the root of the problem. They have you on the phone trying this and that and getting nowhere, just wasting time. It never used to be this bad. I was talking to their tech support this morning for 2 1/2 hours. Still had the problem. The guy was losing patience and was condescending. I spoke with a supervisor and I still do not feel any satisfaction. What can be done?
