please don't kill the freshman

You have been so good to me this past week!  Here is another one for =
you.

Does anyone have any experience with the book Please Don't Kill the =
Freshman?  A teacher wanted to know how "caustic and shockingly candid" =
it was.  I read a couple of reviews but they didn't really give me any =
better of an idea.  This is for a high school.  Normally I'm not too =
concerned about language or content at this level but since the teacher =
wanted to know I thought I would see what I could find out.
