Target: Strange error message

Hi everyone,

I am getting this strange error message on my PC I was hoping that someone would be 
able to diagnose it for me and possibly tell me what to do to fix it.

It goes like this:  "Computer in Powersave mode. To activate use PC"

Well, I know what powersave is - but what about the other part of the message To 
activate use PC?

Any help would be appreciated!!!
