kids
are all too happy to share . . .
In my classes with students who are considering careers as LMS', I always offer the
following advice:
If you need to leave at the same time every day with your desk cleared, this isn't
the
job for you.
If you can't drop everything to wipe away tears from a crushed soul, this isn't the
job
for you.
If you harbor the thought that you really are "in charge", this isn't the job for
you.
If you need lots of "warm and fuzzy" feedback, this isn't the job for you.
Above all, don't take it personally and above all: KEEPASENSAHUMA!Katherine A.
