Hello everyone I tried searching the archives, with little luck. Our district with 60 elementary schools just got a RIF grant. The library director has been calling other directors around the country, but I'd like to hear from peers. What are you experiences with RIF? Anything we should watch out for? How did you decide what vendor(s) to use? Did you order "sets" or individual titles? Did you end up with some books that no child would choose? How can we avoid that? At this point, we don't really know what to ask, but we'd certainly appreciate ANY tips.
