[LM_NET] TARGET: Superintendent characteristics

Our superintendent is retiring (after 15 years) this year and I am on a
committee to discuss the "characteristics, qualities, and criteria" for
the applicants.  Obviously, we are interested in a library friendly
superintendent, but what specific characteristics, qualities or criteria
would you suggest?  The first meeting is Tuesday.  TIA  (I have searched
the archives but did not find anything).
