[LM_NET] TARGET: Library Discipline

Here's another question....how do you handle discipline in the library?
Some of the teachers here will have the students pull cards in the
classroom & lose playtime for their behavior in "Special Area" classes,
but there are a few that will not.  Please give me some suggestions on how
you would handle the classes where the teachers will not enforce
discipline for special classes.
