[LM_NET] TARGET: Readers' Guide to Periodical Literature

I have a few lessons that call for the use of the Readers' Guide to
Periodical Literature.  In the past years I've glossed over it or skipped it
entirely.  We don't own a copy.

How many elementary or middle school libraries possess this?  Do you use it?
