[LM_NET] TARGET: Assessing School Districts...

This is a bit of a strange request.  We have a family in our area who might
be looking at moving to the East (New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania) The mom
was wondering if there is someplace on the web that will help her evaluate
school districts, etc.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.
