LM_NET Archive

I also find in annoying. It makes the subject lines more difficult to
read. Perhaps it was done so that we can readlily distinguish it from
our other email. However - most of us can do that ourselves. All we
need to do is to set up our email so that any mail with LM_NET in the
body goes automatically to a folder that we create and name LM_NET.
That effectively pre-sorts our mail and still allows us to read the full
subject line. I find that now I have to open more messages to see if
they are of interest to me. Before, I could simply scan the subject
lines and delete the ones that did not apply to me. Perhaps there is
some sort of compromise solution. Even if the heading was shortened to
LM - that would make more of the subject line visible.

It started about 5 days ago. LM_NET now appears at the
beginning of every subject line I receive from the
list. Did I miss an announcement of a change in the
listserve? Or has something happened? I use this Yahoo
account for just LM_NET and nothing else. I find the
addition of LM_NET to the beginning of every subject
line annoying. It is something I am sure I can get
used to, if I need to, but I'd love to turn it off.

I receive each email individually and do not use the
digest form.

Inform me, please.

Thanks!
