[LM_NET] REF: Appendix

Hi everyone!  I have a teacher that is writing a paper that requires an appendix.  
She was wondering if the apppendix should include page numbers, letters, roman 
numerals, etc.  Also, if it is numbered, do the pages numbers continue from where 
the paper left off or do they start over again.
